Welcome to a Soldier’s Story

Posted under Uncategorized by admin on Tuesday 12 January 2010

A Soldier’s Story comes from working with veterans with post traumatic and helping them to recognize that anger, alcoholism and alienation is another battle that’s fought inside yourself when you come home.  America is fragmented.  Relationships come and go, babies are born, custody is lost, parents and step parents appear and move on.  People talk of the fog of war but there is the fog of peace than can make less sense and be harder to handle than shadowy enemies in a guerilla war.  There’s so much Post Traumatic Stress in our culture because there is so little to hold on to. A soldier’s Story is designed to help veteran’s acknowledge that being lost at home is a part of battle and there’s no dishonor in the pain of coming home.
